La natación es una actividad física de gran importancia para mantener una vida saludable. No solo fortalece los músculos y mejora la resistencia cardiovascular, sino que también contribuye a mantener un peso adecuado. Además de los beneficios físicos, la natación también tiene un impacto positivo en nuestra salud mental, ya que ayuda a reducir el estrés y mejorar la flexibilidad.
Una de las ventajas de la natación es que es una opción ideal para todas las edades y niveles de condición física. Tanto si eres un principiante como si eres un nadador experimentado, puedes disfrutar de los beneficios de esta actividad acuática. Además, la natación es una actividad de bajo impacto, lo que significa que es suave para las articulaciones y menos propensa a provocar lesiones en comparación con otros deportes.
Todo esto lo pusieron en practica el grupo CD301 Ciencias en el Deporte en el Centro Acuático Alberca Virgencitas.
